1. Returns

At Diosa Collections LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at llc.diosacollections@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product or a different size/color, please follow the return process and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at llc.diosacollections@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
